The plant garden

The plant garden

Nature and culture

The Jardin des Plantes is a 2.5 hectare French garden that was created more than four centuries ago.

It is a real green setting in the middle of Paris, an ideal place to go for a walk.

This garden is above all the place where you will find the Gallery of Evolution, the Gallery of Palaeontology and Comparative Anatomy with its dinosaur skeletons, the Menagerie and the Large Greenhouses which house numerous plant species. Quite a programme!
